VSF Clubhouse Membership and Assessments

Verde Santa Fe Clubhouse membership depends on the neighborhood and prior owner action. Additionally, if you are leasing a home, the homeowner must transfer their use of the clubhouse to you. All homes in Dorado, Montara and La Privada have use of the Clubhouse. Homes in Phase 1, Turnberry and the Villas have the opportunity to join. Check with the VSF Clubhouse or HOAMCO to see if your home has usage rights.

Amante homes have use of the Amante Clubhouse.

If a home does not have usage rights, stop in for a tour! There is a one time joining fee of $3,500. Once a home becomes a lot with usage rights, it becomes recorded with the county and remains a member forever.

All homes with usage rights pay a monthly assessment fee of $43 monthly in addition to the Master HOA assessment and any neighborhood assessment.

VSF Forms

• Owner Registration Form
  All property Owners must complete an Owner Registration Form to help us identify the residents of their household who should have Clubhouse Access.
• Transfer of Membership Form
  All property Owners who are leasing out their property and wish to transfer their right of use to their tenants must complete this form. Please note there is a $25 processing fee for new leases, which is waived if the lease is renewed.
• Member Enrollment and Access Credential Activation Form
  Each Adult household member listed on the Owner Registration Form or Transfer of Membership Form must complete this form. Additionally, teens age 15 and older may complete a form with parental approval to be issued their own access credential.
• House Guest Enrollment and Access Credential Activation Form
  Looking to allow your Adult House Guests usage of the Clubhouse without having to join them? Complete this form for each Adult House Guest. Note: a $25 refundable deposit is required per access control device.
• Reservation Request Form
  Looking to reserve the Clubhouse for a private event? Complete this form to get your request considered.
